In my institution, we make a conscious effort to recruit "rightly disposed" students. Our curriculum has been updated many times over to meet the needs of the business environment. Recently, we designed a Training of Trainers program for our team members and aspiring corporate trainers. This training started off this weekend with two amazing trainers- Javnyuy Joybert(Transformational leadership) and Richard Atem-Ojong( Accent and Communication skills).
My personal philosophy is that when the 3 legs of the stool of Education are firmly in place, put the students under a tree and you'll have amazing results.
