Admissions Procedure

Undergraduate Admission:

Freshmen and transfer students from all over the Country and Africa are admitted to Fotabe University each year. The admission procedure is very rigorous and taken very seriously The admission committee reviews each applicant with an eye to academic excellence, passion for chosen field of study, intellectual vitality and personal circumstances. The goal of this committee is to maintain the excellent results which have set Fotabe University apart over the years.

Eligibility:

Before applying for any program, ensure that you meet the minimum admission criteria specified below:

Bilingual HND:

  • At least a pass in 2 Advanced Level Subjects excluding Religious Knowledge.
  • Be passionate about the chosen field of studies
  • Be ready to study courses outside their chosen field of studies
  • Be ready to undertake self study

Professional Top-up Diplomas:

  • 2 years' University transcripts or the HND
  • Be passionate about the chosen field of studies
  • Be ready to study courses outside their chosen field of studies
  • Be ready to undertake self study

Vocational Diplomas:

  • at least an Ordinary Level certificate
  • Be passionate about Vocational Education
  • Be ready to undertake self study

Postgraduate Admission:

Every year, students with an undergraduate degree from any recognized institution of higher learning apply to study for the Master's Degree and MBA at Fotabe University. The Eligibility criteria are as follows:

MBA:

  • Two years of professional experience
  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalence in any specialty
  • Strong passion for Business and Entrepreneurship
  • Have the ability to undertake applied business research
  • Ability to undertake personal study

The Eligibility criteria for Master's Degree are as follows:

  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalence in any specialty
  • Strong passion for Business and Entrepreneurship
  • Have the ability to undertake applied business research
  • Ability to undertake personal study
