Fotabe University of Cameroon (FUNIC) is recruiting Junior Admissions Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Sell post graduate programs to prospective students
- Manage and implement the daily operations related to the processing of applications;
- Assist prospective students, students, faculty, advisors and administrators in person, by phone, and via e-mail in the Admissions Office;
- Manage session invitations and registration pages;
- Use a CRM Software to manage and report all sales activities;
- Develop reports and campaigns to effectively communicate with prospective students at each stage of the admissions cycle;
- Represent the university at open days, student enrollment events, other recruitment events organized by other institutions;
- Assist in the planning and implementation of student orientations for all newly admitted students;
- Support the development and implementation, social media, emal and general web marketing efforts to recruit students;
Provide general support for the Office of Student Affairs;
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Atleast a Bachelor’s degree or equivalence;
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated customer service skills;
- Ability to provide professional responses to tough questions;
- Knowledge of and/or work experience in higher education is an advantage;
- Mastery of the use of Microsoft Office Suite – Access, Excel, Word, Outlook; and
- Strong ability to network.
SALARY
- Basic Salary - XAF100,000
- Commission on Sales
